Best Ever Hummus

Most of the time, I find, the simplest recipes make the best food.
Here’s a classic #hummus (always #vegan , always #glutenfree )
A Plant-Based cuisine staple. #evergreen
To make this hummus you will need:
1 can Chickpeas (either soaked and boiled or pre-cooked)
2 tbsp Tahini (sesame paste)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Instructions: blend until smooth and enjoy!
I decorated (with the help of @chef_ramonsimarro ) this Hummus bowl with roasted chickpeas, smoked paprika, EVOO, basil and cracked black pepper).
