Best-Ever Banana Bread π
I will share my favorite Banana Bread recipe. EVER.

I made this banana bread on my last #wellness retreat in @eremitohotel and thanks to @mirellacheeseman , I have three beautiful photos. Therefore, I decided to share my recipe.

Ingredients:
1 flax egg1 (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed with 2.5 Tbsp water )
4 overripe bananas (three to mash in the batter, 1 to decorate)
1/4 cup almond butter
3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
Large pinch sea or Himalayan salt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1.5 cup almond flour
1 ΒΌ cup gluten-free flour blend (I use rice flours with various starches)
1.5 cup oat flour
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180C/350F (176 C) and prepare loaf pan. Prepare flax egg in bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. Mash in three bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, salt, and almond milk and whisk. Add baking powder, almond meal, gluten-free flour and oat flour. Mix to combine. Lastly, mix in the chocolate chips. Pour into the pan and smooth with a spoon. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. When done, the loaf should be cracked and golden brown on top. A toothpick should come out clean. Let rest in the pan for 10 minutes and serve! Enjoy π
