I’ve been making a lot of versions of #vegan pesto lately and basically putting it on everything: pasta, salads, as a dip for veggies or crackers.
I never really got how versatile pesto is but damn g, it’s damn good.

This pesto was made with:
Avocado
Basil
Parsley
Erba cipollina
Lemon juice
Activated almonds
Nutritional yeast
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
(Any variation of herbs works here- also any variation of quantities...but if you need me tomorrow guide you, shoot me a DM and I’ll be happy to oblige)
Also...btw- I’m sharing this recipe because when I actually tasted the pesto, it was one of those rare times I made an audible “yummmm” sound (to myself) and that was that. Had to share (and make it again and again) ✨
