Sweet and Sour Salad

This is a salad perfect for a summer day with a nice balance of sweetness from the fruit, savory flavors and acidity. ​

Additionally, it is relatively simple to make:

Ingredients:

Rocket leaves tossed in extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt and a dash of fresh lemon juice

Purple cabbage massaged with lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper  and

Himalayan salt

Gilled zucchini slices

Thinly sliced tropea onion

Figs

Orange slices

And decorated with flowers for a little extra beauty.... because you can never have too much beauty, am I right?
